Mediator - Noun

One that works to effect reconciliation, settlement, or compromise between parties at variance.

Compromise - Verb

a: to come to agreement by mutual concession

b: to find or follow a way between extremes

Agreement - Noun

1) a:harmony of opinion, action, or character : concord

b: the act or fact of agreeing
2) a: an arrangement as to a course of action reached an agreement as to how to achieve their goal
b: trade agreement
3) a: a contract duly executed (see execute sense transitive 2) and legally binding
b: the language or instrument (see instrument entry 1 sense 5) embodying such a contract
 

 

Honest Broker - Noun

a neutral mediator (as a mediator, it is our obligation and core to stay neutral throughout the mediation process. We do not work for either side by itself. We work for both sides to find a solution that is beneficial and fair to all parties involved.  By sticking to our core, we are better equipped to find that neutrality).
